Yes — every order includes free advice from our nutrition team. Ask in store, by phone or through the contact form.
Can I return opened pet food if my pet won't eat it?
We'll take back one opened bag of any food per pet within 30 days, so you can try a new recipe risk-free.
Do you deliver frozen or chilled raw food?
Not yet. Raw food is available for collection from our Manchester store only.
Can I buy a pet online?
No. Live animals are rehomed only after a suitability chat and a visit to the store.
