These terms apply to every order placed on the Fur & Field website. By placing an order you agree to them. Our address is 14 Meadow Lane Retail Park, Manchester, M4 5JD, United Kingdom.
Orders and prices
All prices include VAT where applicable. We confirm your order by email; a contract is formed when we dispatch your items. If an item is priced incorrectly or becomes unavailable, we will contact you before going ahead.
Delivery
Delivery options, costs and times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by events outside our control.
Returns and refunds
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund. See our Shipping & Returns page for details. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Using our products
Live animals are never sold online. Rehoming is arranged in person after a suitability chat, and adoption fees are paid in store.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, but not for indirect or business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
